Ledlanet is at the centre of Scotland set in marvellous countryside with rolling hills, an abundance of wildlife and flowers yet easily accessible from the major airports, cities and towns. The immediate locale offers a large number of varied attractions and a wide range of activities for all ages.

Guests can walk over our farms and in the surrounding hills, they can fish in our loch, have picnics or barbeques, go bicycling, help on the farm or just relax.

There are countless attractions nearby. For golfers, St. Andrews, Gleneagles, Carnoustie and Kingsbarns are all within an hours drive, not to mention countless other quality courses.

Walks around Ledlanet Estate

For historical Scotland visit Falkland Palace, the Wallace Monument, Loch Leven Castle, Scone Palace, St. Andrews Cathedral & Castle, all within 40 minutes drive.

For shoppers Perth is close by and Edinburgh is about 40 minutes away.

For the Highlands, Inverness is about 2 hours drive and Oban 2½ hours, all on roads with terrific scenery.

It is doubtful if any other area of Britain offers so much variety for holidaymakers.
