Fishing is available on Ledlanet Loch by arrangement. There are 2 boats in a beautiful thatched boathouse and some limited scope for bank fishing. Fly fishing only in the season April to October.


Shooting is also available by arrangement in advance. There are  driven pheasants ,wild duck and geese, pidgeons and roe deer on the estate.


The estate has numerous tracks and paths through woods and over the hill which connect with tracks on neighbouring ground as well as country roads. Anything from 1 to 10 miles or longer.


There is a tremendous variety of wildlife on the estate.

Kinross is home to a Glider Port with some of the best gliding in the UK.

Knockhill Racing

About 5 miles from Kinross Knockhill  provides top class entertainment with stock car racing and many other activities including events to participate in.


There is ample scope for both on and off road biking locally. It is possible to arrange bike hire in Kinross where routes and access can be discussed.


Pools are available in Kinross at the Public Pool and the Green Hotel.


There is a curling rink at the Green Hotel, Kinross.


Kinross has public tennis courts.


There are many facilities for children in the area including softplay clubs in Dunfermline and Perth.
